Construct Name: CAM Nutrition
Definition of Construct: AC3:
Seven items on participants’ intake of fruits in juice, frozen, fresh or canned form; cooked and baked beans; dark green, orange, and other vegetable forms, with responses measured per day, week or month [CAP3] (adapted from BRFSS 2011).

FFQ measure. Consumption of food and nutrients that have been suggested to decrease/increase chances of getting CaP. Participants are asked to indicate: (i) how often they consume fruits, vegetables, meat products, dairy products, and butter/oil within the last week; and (ii) if they have taken the following supplements to prevent CaP within the last week: selenium, lycopen, vitamin A and other retinoids, vitamin D and soy.
