Inaugural GEM-inar! GEM Care Planning: Advancing Survivorship Care Planning

NCI’s Carly Perry, PhD, MA, MSW and University of Pittsburgh’s Ellen Beckjord, PhD, MPH presented on the GEM-Care planning(GEM-CP) initiative and related science. They shared insights into the GEM-CP platform and movement to develop consensus on measures to evaluate survivorship care planning, and discussed results of the initiative.
