General Information
Construct Name: CAM Anthropometrics
Definition of Construct: AC3:
Two items on participants’ current weight and self-reported previous heaviest weight status, with response in numerical form (pounds or kilograms) [CAP3] (adapted from SCCS).

One item on participants’ current height, with response in numerical form (ft/inches, meters/centimeters) [CAP3] (adapted from SCCS).

One item on participants’ waist and hip measurements, with waist circumference and buttocks circumference reported in inches and indication of measurement taken with or without clothing and thickness of clothing, if applicable [CAP3] (adapted from POSCARE).

CaPTC:
Objective assessment by study medical staff using the following equipments available at all the research booths: (1) Body weight scales; (2) Full length stadiometer for height measurement; and (3) Flexible measuring tape. Measures are weight, height, waist circumference and hip circumference.
