Brief Description: 20-item instrument that measured how administrators and teachers perceived each of the interventions being disseminated. Selected teachers and administrators were given written information describing three interventions and a copy of the intervention to review. After reviewing and discussing each curriculum the teachers and administrators completed a "Roger's Adoption Questionnaire." Each item had four possible responses (Strongly agree, somewhat agree, somewhat disagree, strongly disagree), ranging in value from 1 to 4. For each factor, item responses were summed and then divided by the number of items in that factor to arrive at a final factor score for each respondent. Questions were divided into three factor categories:
1. Relative Advantage
2. Complexity
3. Observability
